Tagami Sourcing & Services, LLC

Liz developed Tagami Sourcing & Services as a business consultancy serving a select portfolio of olive oil producers, both boutique and those of considerable size. Services include assistance with all aspects of preparing for and entering the commercial sector from sourcing suppliers to product, brand, package and label development. Other business-critical services offered include market development, financial planning and forecasting, inventory planning & forecasting, assortment development, and promotional planning.

At this time all consulting work is taken on a retainer basis, however project work can sometimes be negotiated if time allows; please inquire. Additionally, while the business focus is on olive oil, work with other food categories can be considered at times as well.

Other services include work as an olive oil taster, judge, speaker and writer.
